In general products are covered by the manufactureurs warranty.
In case the manufactureurs warranty does not apply we offer a standard warranty on products purchased through this website.
Please note that the warranty for all DJI products sold by us is as follows (within 12 months of date of purchase):

We will pay you for the repair upon presentation of the quote, only if the drone has not had water damage.
We offer all our customers a 7-day replacement warranty for every brand new Mavic Pro, Mavic 2 Pro, Mavic 2 Zoom, Mavic Air, Phantom 4, Phantom 4 Pro+, Phantom 5
If you are experiencing problems within 7 days of delivery and they can't be solved by our product support we will issue an RMA for the defective product. Once received we will send you a brand new replacement.
Standard Warranty Terms and Conditions
1.1 Subject to the terms and conditions set out below Aus-Cameras agrees to repair or replace at Aus-Cameras cost the Aus-Cameras product, and any Aus-Cameras accessory supplied with it, purchased by you in Australia when the Product does not perform in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications during:-
(i) the Standard Warranty period is 1 Year from the date of purchase.
1.1 The warranty for DJI Phantom and Mavic products is as follows:

1.2 Proof of purchase (i.e. bill of sale, invoice or purchase receipt) must be presented when requesting service under the Standard Warranty.
1.3 Aus-Cameras reserves the right to replace the Product or relevant part with the same or equivalent Product or part, rather than repair it.
1.4 The customer needs to return the faulty product at its own expense to Aus-Cameras in Melbourne. Aus-Cameras will pay for the return postage (from the Aus-Cameras repair center to the customer).
1.5 The Product will be at the owners risk whilst in transit to Aus-Cameras.
1.6 The Standard Warranty is not transferable.
General Exclusions and Limitations
2 The Standard Warranty will not apply:-
2.1 if the Product has not been installed,operated, maintained or used in accordance with the manufacturers instructions or specifications provided with the Product.
2.2 to damage, malfunction or failure resulting from alterations, accident, misuse, abuse, fire, liquid spillage, mis-adjustment of customer controls, use on an incorrect voltage, power surges and dips, thunderstorm activity, acts of God, voltage supply problems, tampering or unauthorised repairs by any persons.
2.3 to damage arising during transportation,installation or while moving the Product, or to any transportation costs of the Product or any parts thereof to and from the owner, unless otherwise specified in these warranty conditions.
2.4 to any third-party software or hardware not contained in the Product as originally configured by the manufacturer.
2.5 to any failure, to the extent that the failure is not a failure of the Product to perform in accordance with its specifications.
2.6 to replacement or repair of any (1) consumables (including batteries and cables),or (2) lost parts or accessories.
2.7 THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS INVALID IF ANY OF THE FOLLOWING APPLY:
• alleged defect:
Does not exist;
Results from misuse rendering the product unusable;
Results from improper use, installation, modification (such as tearing or removing the security seal), water damage, failure to conduct regular maintenance.
• Products were not purchased brand new.
• Proper instructions were not followed.
• Damage resulting from the use of the product in an abnormal manner.
Other Warranties
This Limited Warranty shall be null and void in the following circumstances
when a product is received.
Packaging
• Improper packing
• Unsuitable packing box
Modification
• Forged tag
• Altered tag
• Lack of standard label printing
• Bar code or head tag missing
• Product has prior repair done by others.
Physical Damage
• Joint pin fracture
• Joint damage, crack, missing or fracture
• Any sign of crash damage
• Any sign of user modification or attempted repair
3 To the full extent permitted by law but subject always to section 4:-
3.1 Aus-Cameras will not be liable for any loss, damage or alterations.
3.2 Aus-Cameras excludes all other warranties, conditions, terms, representations and undertakings, whether express or implied.
4 Certain legislation in Australia may imply warranties or conditions or impose obligations on Aus-Cameras which cannot be excluded, restricted or modified, or only to a limited extent. If such statutory provisions apply, to the extent to which Aus-Cameras is able to do so, Aus-Cameras limits its liability under any term, condition or warranty implied by law to: (1) in the case of goods, and at Aus-Cameras option, the replacement of the goods or supply of equivalent goods, the repair of the goods, or the payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods; and (2) in the case of services, and at Aus-Cameras option, to resupplying the services or paying the cost of having the services resupplied.
